Please submit the New Departmental CNA Application Form to request a new departmental CNA.
The maximum validity period for a departmental CNA is 2 years.
Please submit the Departmental CNA Ownership Transfer Form to transfer the ownership.
CNA - Password
Password complexity requirement:
- At least 8 characters
- At least 1 uppercase letter
- At least 1 lowercase letter
- At least 1 number
- At least 1 special character
Best practice:
- Do not use your name or birthdate
- Do not use common words
- Use a passphrase
To change your password:
- Login to the Email & CNA Services Portal
- Click "Change Password"
- Follow the instructions
