Q3: What should I do if I would like to create a new departmental CNA?

Answer: Departmental CNA account is designated for a department to facilitate the official activities and project's enquiry or communication. To create Departmental CNA, please complete the Application eForm for processing. For technical support, you may contact campus support staff or itsd-helpdesk@vtc.edu.hk for enquiry. |
Q4: What is the maximum validity period for a departmental CNA?
Applicable to Staff ONLY
Answer: Two years. Account owner is required to extend the validity period before the expiry date by completing the Application eForm For technical support, you may contact campus support staff or itsd-helpdesk@vtc.edu.hk for enquiry. Expired departmental CNA will be deleted automatically. CNA owner has the sole responsibility to transfer the ownership if he is no longer responsible for managing the CNA. |
Q5: How do I transfer the departmental CNA's ownership to other staff?

Answer: Please complete the Aapplication eForm for transfer the ownership. For technical support, you may contact campus support staff or itsd-helpdesk@vtc.edu.hk for enquiry. Staffs are required to transfer the ownership to other responsible colleague if they no longer own the account. |
